Everything Kingsgate sells for a company that already exists. Each piece has its own price and its own checkout.
This is for anyone who wants a US company — buying US property, running an online business, freelancing for US clients, or operating remotely through a US entity. Residents of the state the company is in form their own LLC and act as their own registered agent. Other US residents add a registered agent inside that state, which the law requires; they already have a US address, so that's the only extra piece. International founders, with no US presence, need both the agent and a US address.

These are pieces, not tiers — most people need two of them. Company formation opens the company and nothing else, and is bought through the two questions on the homepage, because what you need depends on where you live. Registered Agent adds the contact inside the state that the law requires of anyone who does not live there; no address, for founders who already have a US one. Agent + Address adds both, for founders with no US presence at all. Kingsgate Mail is narrower still: mail scanned and delivered digitally, no registered agent, for a company that already has one.
