Why Kingsgate exists
Non-residents form a US LLC for all kinds of reasons — buying property, running an online business, working with US clients. Keeping that LLC in good standing with the US government is a separate, ongoing job — and almost nobody explains it before the first deadline is missed.
Nobody sends a reminder. Kingsgate exists to be the one that does: form the company correctly, then track every deadline it has for as long as you keep it.
Where we are today
Kingsgate is a new company. We have not onboarded a client yet — this is built for the first cohort, not sold on a track record we do not have.
What's on this site — the price, what's included, what isn't — is exactly what a first client gets. Nothing here is rehearsed for later.
