The most common complaint against accountants is a client believing the fee covered something it did not. That is why this list is on the website and not only in the conversation.

Included with Formation — $599, one-time (if you are your own registered agent, this is everything)
- Your EIN, at no charge The IRS does not charge for an EIN, so neither do we. Some services charge $50 to $99 for it, and at least one charges extra to process a free government number faster.
Adds the registered agent — Formation + Agent, $848 to start, $449 a year after (US residents outside the state)
- Your company's registered agent kept active for as long as you keep the annual renewal current
- Form 5472 and the pro-forma 1120, prepared and filed A single-member US company owned from outside the US files a pro-forma Form 1120 with Form 5472 attached, due when that Form 1120 is due, including extensions. Kingsgate prepares both and files them. A company with more than one owner files a partnership return instead, which Kingsgate does not prepare.

- Send us the letter an answer within one business day, in your own language
- The monthly note sent every month, including the months when nothing happened

Adds the US address — Formation + Agent + Address, $896 to start, $597 a year after (international founders)
- Your company's American address where the government letters and your bank card go. You do not need an address in the United States.

- Bookkeeping and accounting for your operation
- Your personal income tax return
- Tax planning and tax advice
- Opening the bank account We prepare every document and explain what each bank asks for. The bank decides, and nobody can guarantee approval. Be suspicious of anyone who says they can.
- Government taxes and fees You pay those directly to the government, and we tell you how much and when.
